The NJL offers you a variety of ways to
approach executive search, including:
- Retained Search:
We aggressively undertake the entire search process and provide
you with prescreened, qualified candidates. The fee would be 25% of the
candidate's anticipated annual salary, billed in three segments, the
first upon signing the contract. If we place an interim, and the interim converts to a permanent placement, the interim fee
would be deducted from the retained search fee.
- Container Search:
We would conduct what we term as a container search which offers a lower
retainer option. In
this case, the fee would be 30% of the candidate's anticipated annual
salary, with only $5,000 due upon signing the agreement, and the balance due
when the candidate accepts the position.
- Per Hour Program:
The proposed fee structure for this hourly search assignment represents a significant discount
when compared to retained and contingent
search industry standards. The fee is $300 (three hundred dollars) per hour
and is billed in 40 hour increments. Thus, the minimum fee is $12,000
due upon signing the contract. Our goal is
to provide you with three quality, prescreened candidates for your
review and evaluation. And unlike other search contracts, you can hire
any or all of the candidates for no additional cost.
- National Recruitment
Program: The key component in filling any senior management
position at your hospital is developing a slate of viable candidates. With this
option we will design and implement a national advertising campaign and
immediately present your opening to thousands of healthcare executives
in the US through our proprietary systems. The upfront cost is 3% of
the executive's first year salary, with an additional 7% payable when
our candidate accepts your offer. The NRP option allows you to conduct
and control a nationwide search for a fraction of the cost of
outsourcing.
The NJL maintains three principals relative to
our executive search process; cost, quality and efficiency. Our retained fee
is 25% below other national firms. We would be reviewing quality candidates
from our national data base. And, we would work in an expedited fashion to
meet your needs.
