Execu-Connections - Executive Placement Services ®

A MENU OF CLIENT SERVICES

The NJL offers you a variety of ways to approach executive search, including:

  1. Retained Search: We aggressively undertake the entire search process and provide you with prescreened, qualified candidates. The fee would be 25% of the candidate's anticipated annual salary. If we place an interim, and the interim converts to a permanent placement, the interim fee would be deducted from the retained search fee.
  2. Execu-Connections: You select a candidate from the executive profiles on the NJL website (see Management Division above). We would contact the individual to determine the level of interest.  If you subsequently connect, the placement fee is a one time, flat fee. Typically, interim placement fees are the equivalent 3% to 5% of the candidate's anticipated annual salary; permanent placement fees are typically 7% to 10% of the candidate's anticipated annual salary.   If the interim converts to permanent, the interim fee would be deducted from the permanent placement fee.
  3. Container Search: We would conduct what we term as a container search. In this case, the fee would be 30% of the candidate's anticipated annual salary, with $5k due upon signing the agreement, and the balance due when the candidate accepts the position.

The NJL maintains three principals relative to our executive search process; cost, quality and efficiency. Our retained fee is 50% below other national firms. We would be reviewing quality candidates from our national data base. And, we would work in an expedited fashion to meet your needs.
