He is a past recipient of the nationally acclaimed HCIA/Mercer award for operating one of the "TOP 100 BEST RUN HOSPITALS IN THE COUNTRY." Mr. Auman has more than 30 years of senior-level experience in diversified business operations and accounting-finance, including ten years in the healthcare industry.  After the Big 4 and management positions in industry, he established Auman Associates, a general management consulting firm.  He served there as Managing Director for fifteen years, providing project oriented consulting with an emphasis on cost control and profit improvement.  After an orientation to international work as a Business Advisor for Peace Corps in Russia and Estonia, he has continued with contract consulting work on a worldwide basis.  He has completed several foreign financial assessments for the National Institute of Health.  He joined The Network Job List in 2004 to reestablish Retained Executive Search and introduce the innovative Execu-Connections Placement service.
